Our Philosophy

We take a holistic approach to Healing.

That includes:-

1. Dietary and nutritional advice.

2. Exercise.

3. Spiritual edification.

These are the core tenets on which our treatment approach is based. For complete healing to occur, all elements of an individual, the physical and mental, must be in harmony with nature, and his/her spirit must also be in harmony with the Creator. Neglecting any of these tenets leads to disharmony, leading to an imbalance, which in turn results in ill health, physically, mentally and spiritually.

In our practice and operational strategy, we aim to address all three elements.

Our program  is the only one known which operates and supports, ELEVEN LAWS OF HEALTH.

Nature

Healthy environment: Our environment is crucial to our health and well being. It is not possible to maintain the body in a healthy state if one’s external environment is not healthy.

Air: Fresh air has been shown to help digest food more effectively, improve blood pressure and heart rate, as well strengthening the immune system, reducing obesity rates, and strengthening family ties, all leading to a healthier you.

Light from the sun:

When Natural Sunlight hits the skin, it triggers the body’s production of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is also known as “the Sunshine Vitamin.” It is a crucial ingredient for overall health. It protects against inflammation, lowers high blood pressure, helps muscles recover, improves brain function and may even protect against cancer.

Eating right:

Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. Healthy eating helps us to maintain a healthy weight and reduces our risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and some cancers.

Our bodies are a temple, and we must treat them as such.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body’.

(1 Corinthians 6 v 19-20)

Exercise.

Exercise is invaluable in promoting wellness, resistance and recovery from disease. Regular moderate aerobic exercise slows the heart rate, lowers triglycerides, keeps the arteries elastic, and increases the number and efficiency of white blood cells, which help the body combat viruses and cancer more successfully.

LOTS OF WATER:

It is also important to drink water. Drinking enough water, or staying hydrated, is the first rule of health and nutrition. This makes sense when you think that our bodies are made up of about 60% water and that being dehydrated can begin to affect us both physically and mentally.

Rest

According to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC), getting adequate rest each night allows the body’s blood pressure to regulate itself. Doing so can reduce the chances of sleep-related conditions such as apnea and promote better overall heart health.

FASTING:

Hundreds of animal studies and scores of human clinical trials have shown that intermittent fasting can lead to improvements in overall health and general well-being.

The mind and spirit.

Interaction:

Human beings are social creatures and are not designed to exist alone. Therefore, it is good to have social networks that support and encourage you.

Education:

Health education builds people's knowledge, skills and positive attitudes about health. This equips them with knowledge on how to take better care of themselves.

Trusting in Divine power:

We take the view that total healing requires a multi-faceted approach. This includes the Spiritual, physical and physiological elements working together in harmony.

And God saw all that He had made, and behold,it was very good… (Genesis 1:31)
