Overseeing the day to day running of the Enpro Centre and ensuring our magnificent facilities are maintained, is Becky M. Sande.
Becky M. Sande is the Enpro Health Institute, Administration Director.
Becky worked for a non Governmental -Organization for 9 years. She was responsible for the following:
Financial Accounting.
Administration.
Human Resources management.
Management and cost management.
IT operations,
as well as acting as the Company Secretary.
Becky Sande also worked as Finance and Administration Consultant for the UNICEF Funded SDC ETF II SNV Netherlands in Zimbabwe.
She was also involved in a Consultancy Assignment with the SNV – Netherlands Dev. Organisation (NGO) in Mozambique.The Assignment was: DEVELOPMENT OF POLICIES and Training of Administrators.
Duties within our organisation
Her roles involve:
Involvement in planning sessions with advisors and taking appropriate actions.
Administration of workshops as required
Maintaining good client relations with business associates
Ensuring effective filing & storage of documents for quick access
Establishment & maintenance of a professional library
Creating & maintenance of an up to date database for consultants
Creation of an effective flow of information within the region & between regions
Administration of Time Writing System, collation& analysis of data for weekly reporting purposes (Using Time Tel)
Ensuring adequate supply of funds at all times & proper recording of expenditure & reconciliation as required.
Ensuring prompt payment of suppliers
Maintaining complete & up to date records of income & expenditure as per budget & provide regular reports to Harare as required ( Using the GLSU & Exact Accounting Package)
Managing contracts with suppliers as required for services.
Identification of office requirements & organising procurements.
Assistance with relocation & settlement of staff
Weekly checking & analysis of vehicle log books, mileage against fuel, oil & use.
Analysis of vehicle costs (repairs, fuel) & submit a quarterly report to The Director Administration for replacement decision making
Ensuring that the reception is manned at all times
Supervision & Coaching Portfolio Support Staff
Any other duties as delegated by Director Administration – SNV Portal
Generating reports from the business warehouse
Becky has garnered valuable experience while training & coaching other GSOs in Nampula, Mozambique.
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES:
Diligent financial & administrative support to provincial focal persons
Provincial/district budget & logistical planning for ETF II
Provision of logistical & technical reports (Technical Report Writing)
Disbursement of rolling out finances to districts in time and with precision
Validation of national, provincial & district level liquidations as per the PCA with UNICEF.
Successful participation & conclusion of Education Exit Evaluation in specific provinces.

Becky Masarira Sande also worked as Administrator for: Action Contre la Faim (NGO) French Humanitarian – WASH & Therapeutic Feeding.
Current Responsibilities
Supervising the cook/cleaner and gardener.
Recruitment, training and management of local staff at the Center.
Ensuring that the procedures related to local staff are respected and followed, especially on recruitment.
Ensuring that personnel administration issues such as leave, overtime and advance salaries are sent to H/Q before the deadline.
Preparing the registrations of employees to various organisation (NSSA, CIMAS).
Keeping employee’s files updated
Ensuring that the National Staff Regulations and Code of Conduct are applied
Responding to questions raised by staff.
Travelling to the locations where ACF staff works.
Handling expatriates’ issues.
Making bookings when necessary (planes, hotels and workshops).
Liaising with the administrative team in Harare as much as necessary.
In case of absence of the logistician, taking some of his/her tasks to ensure that the base is functioning.
