 Corona Virus Home Remedies Protocol

  1. Basic Symptoms of COVID-19

  1. Unusually High body temperatures.

  2. Loss of Smell and taste.

  3. Itchy and dry throat.

  4. Difficult breathing.

  5. Feeling very tired.

  6. Too sleepy all day, even after waking up from sleep.

  7. Dizziness.

  8. Dry coughing.

 

Coronavirus pH level goes as low as 4.5 pH making the body to be very acidic. Corona Virus usually attacks a body with an already compromised immune system.

The Fruits that help raise your PH level above the virus pH, are:

1. Bananas - 9.9 pH

2. Yellow Lemons – 8.2 pH (lemons are acidic, but when in your body the lemon juice becomes Alkaline)

3. Garlic – 13.5 pH

4. Lime – 10.2 pH

5. Oranges – 9.2 pH

6. Avocados – 15.5 pH

7. Pineapples – 12.5

The basic requirement is to raise your pH so that the body can fight as well as protect from the virus.

Stress and an already compromised immune system due to its pre-existing conditions are some of the causes of the body’s vulnerability to COVID-19 attacks.

II. Some Basic Information

  1. The body needs and depend on Magnesium for over 400 body functions. Any disease, whether, cancer, high blood pressure, infections, viruses, diabetes, arrhythmias (Faster heart bits) is a result of depleted Magnesium in the body. The body will never have too much magnesium because it is the “fuel of functions”. It will use it or clear it out at its own discretion, but not yours. Magnesium is not a drug, it’s a natural supplement from a health food shop and does not need a doctor’s prescription. Take Magnesium regularly.

  2. Turmeric has curcumin, in it. Curcumin is an antiviral agent against other viruses such as parainfluenza virus type 3, respiratory syncytial virus, and vesicular stomatitis virus. It has a long history of dealing with viruses.

  3. Charcoal is regarded as a universal antidote. It neutralizes ingested poisons even snake poisons before cells are damaged if taken as soon as possible. It can protect the cells from infections including viruses. Charcoal has no “Eyes”, therefore it protects body cells by removing anything that can be moved. That means it can remove even good body minerals from the cells. It has no discretion. Everything is going to be removed. Because of its way of operation in the body, it should be used with care because it will remove anything movable even good minerals or vitamins. It is the very last line of defence in a serious emergency. The virus in a cell will be removed because it will move.

  4. Zinc is depleted when there is a virus in the body. Lack of zinc causes loss of smell. Zinc kills viruses on contact and also when combined with vitamin A and anti- infection vitamin. Zinc is good for normal immune response. Copper deficiency increases the chances of bacterial infection. There could be a copper deficiency if one takes too much zinc because zinc will outbalance the ratio of body copper. This means too much zinc is not good and very little zinc is equally not good.

III.  Seven (7) Day Treatment Program

  1. Take one teaspoon of charcoal in a glass of water, three times per day. (If having a problem taking it mixed in water, take the teaspoon charcoal powder in very small quantities and wrap in a small piece of the inner soft part of the bread to make it a capsule and swallow and then drink water to wash it down)

  2. Take Zinc 8 milligrams for women and children and 11 mg for men. To be taken daily with meals. (some experience stomach upset if taken before or after meals. Do what works for you.)

  3. Take Magnesium supplements 400 mg daily for children or adults.

 

IV.  Herbal Tea: 7 days.

  1. Mango leaves. (10 leaves)

  2. Guava leaves. (10 leaves)

  3. Peach leaves. (10 leaves)

  4. Papaya (pawpaw) leaves (one large leaf and cut into small pieces)

  5. Boil 1 liter of water and remove from stove and THEN, put all the leaves in water (but do not boil the leaves)

  6. Let it steep for 10 minutes and sip just one cup of the liquid.

  7. Put the remaining water with leaves on the stove and slightly boil it to make enough steam. Breathe heavily the steam 10 breathes in by mouth and breath out through the nose.

Repeat the process, this time breathing in 10 times through the nose and out by mouth.

V. Make a paste of the following:

(Take 30 minutes before going to bed at night for 7 days.)

  1. Raw garlic. 3 cloves

  2. ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper. (cayenne pepper is the plant with the highest vitamin C)

  3. 1 tablespoon organic honey. (Get honey with no sugar in it. Other beekeepers feed bees with brown sugar when there are no flowers, for business purposes. All you will be eating is syrup brown sugar and that will lower your immune system because of sugar. Be careful)

  4. 3 teaspoons lemon juice.

  5. ½ teaspoon turmeric. 

VI. Sleeping position during sickness:

When sleeping, your stomach is the best position to sleep on. Your lungs will be free to breathe. That is why babies sleep on their tummies always to breathe safely.

VII. Exercises during sickness:

Walk after every meal outside the house to breathe and expand your lung capacity of fresh air. Walking is the best exercise for the body, not running.

(You can also, take Echinacea supplements from a health food shop If you need more than what is already recommended. It is equally good for viruses as a combination with the above. Take 300 mg daily)
